

Our Story ; From a Moment of Truth to a Movement.
It all began with a mirror and a moment of truth. After giving birth to three beautiful children in four years, our founder, Charity Ayikoru Mulhondi, barely recognized herself physically or emotionally. She was exhausted, disconnected from her body, and overwhelmed by diets that didn’t work. The day someone made a comment about her weight was painful, but it also marked a significant turning point. She stopped chasing quick fixes and instead committed to understanding how food and lifestyle could work for her, not against her.
That single decision changed everything. She lost over 16 kgs sustainably, without dieting or restriction, and regained her confidence, energy, and joy. More importantly, she realized she wasn’t alone—many mothers and busy professional women felt stuck, unseen, and unsupported.
That’s why she created Zhuri House of Health and Wellness: a safe, empowering space to help busy women lose weight, nourish their bodies, and thrive in every area of life.
