Who are Zhuri’s programs for?

Our programs are specifically designed for busy women—including mothers, professionals, and entrepreneurs—who want to lose weight sustainably, improve their health, and regain their energy without resorting to restrictive diets.

Is this another strict diet program?

What is the difference between group and one-on-one coaching?
